I was just checking my mail as you do...[then got distracted as I notice I sold another item on Ebay Yay! which resulted in me having to prepare the package.] When I subscribed for my daily horoscope about a year ago now{I don't think my horoscope is always spot-on nor take them seriously as this is what will happen today because a horoscope says it will} However I do like to read them as they are just a bit of fun..I have sometimes had a couple that were similar to days I have experienced..I just read it it's crazy how somethang like that can inspire you to do research or look at other sources..as mine for today mentioned "You might consider looking into a book or seminar on visualization and practical manifestation."
So here I am not only finding myself writing a blog about it but also exploring the internet to find an interesting visualization I've come across a few back in the day; as according to my Project Perfect..I would desire to feel I need more positive thinking techniques in my mind:)! Which can't be a bad thang that I want to help myself right?!
However as I'm writing this Blog I am unfortunately finding searches with these words "visualization and practical manifestation" related to wanting me to purchase their software on a Cd.
Until a came across these helpful little source full if hints and tips:)! click here
Which then I discovered that on the side of their website consisted of yet another advert trying to promote me to buy their Cd..Arghh!! I wonder if there is any free advice on these visualizations as they are particularly interesting to me. I'm sure would do me the world of gurd..wise words can never fail right:D!
This is one article of meaning I came across on Wikipedia "Creative visualization is the technique of using one's imagination to visualize specific behaviors or events occurring in one's life.[7] Advocates suggest creating a detailed schema of what one desires and then visualizing it over and over again with all of the senses (i.e., what do you see? what do you feel? what do you hear? what does it smell like?)"
Okay so this is what I learnt that..Visualization can be very helpful as you first focus on what goal you want to achieve. Then to use your imagination to paint a picture of your life..as if you have already achieved your goal. Include your emotions in the picture. Enjoy your success. See your goal and your perfect life. See yourself living the life full of love, bliss and abundance.
It is meant to be a helpful way to try shut the door on your negative thoughts..and focus on what you really want the outcome to be!
